Competition rules:
Scope and duration
Blasco Jeweller will carry out a photo competition on its corporate Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/blascojoyero with the aim of promoting its activity on social networks and establishing a direct channel of communication with its customers.
The competition starts on 1 February 2014 and will end on 30 November 2014, for all jewellery purchased at Blasco between 1/8/13 and 30/11/14.
The decision on the winner will be published on social media before 31 December 2014.
2. Conditions for participation
Only persons over 18 years of age may participate:
Have clicked on the "Like" button on the Blasco Joyero fan-page on Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/blascojoyero and uploaded a photograph/s of the jewellery purchased at Joyería Blasco in Murcia (www.blascojoyero.com). The jewellery can be for the bride (bridal earrings, engagement ring, wedding ring, etc...), jewellery for the groom (watch, cufflinks, etc...), bridesmaid (earrings, choker, etc...) or even best man.
The jewellery must have been purchased at Blasco Joyero between 1 August 2013 and 30 November 2014..
The theme of the photographs published should revolve around the event of a weddingwhich can also be silver, gold and platinum wedding anniversary.
In the photographs the jewel(s) must be perfectly appreciated y you can upload as many photos as you wish with a maximum of 10 per jewel.
The quality, originality, elegance and content of the photograph will be valued. You must put the date of the wedding in question. Comments may be attached to the photographs in addition to the date.
Blasco Joyero may make use of the photographs and comments inserted by participants in any social network or other means of dissemination and advertising of the company.
The competition jury, made up of members of the company, reserves the right to eliminate any photographs or comments that are derogatory or offensive in tone or of an unsuitable quality.
The submission of any photograph to the competition implies the assumption of authorship by the participant, otherwise it may be disqualified. Likewise, Blasco Joyero declines any responsibility derived from an improper or unauthorised use of these images.
3. Mechanics of the competition
The prizes will be awarded by a jury made up of 3 people from different areas of Blasco Joyero for the three prizes.
The quality, originality, elegance, sympathy, techniques used, etc. will be valued...., (the date of the wedding must be noted down).
4. Competition prize.
This year 3 equal prizes will be awarded.
One prize for each category, which will not be cumulative in any case. You can compete for all of them, and with different photographs, but only win in one of the three categories.
The Award: Wedding ring mounted in white gold and brilliant cut diamonds valued at 520,00 Euro .
The catergories are as follows:
- Award for the most original or funniest jewellery photograph.
- Prize for the jewellery photograph with the most votes on facebook (i.e. with the highest number of "Likes").
- Prize for the most beautiful, original, best explained, best written, best written, etc... (your love story).
The prizes will be awarded on a day organised for this purpose at Blasco Joyero, so that photographs can be taken of the prize-giving ceremony and so that the resolution of the competition can be publicised on social networks and in the media.
Prizes cannot be sent to the winner, regardless of where he/she lives. It must be collected by the author, at the Jewellery Shop, in order to be delivered on the stipulated date.
Prizes may not be exchanged for other items or any cash value.
To receive the prize, the author of the post must identify himself/herself and show the jewel of the photograph to prove it.
The winners will sign a receipt of the prize.
If the winners cannot be contacted according to the details provided in their profile, if they do not accept the prize or if they have not complied with these rules, Blasco Joyero reserves the right to proceed and award the prize to the person selected below them.
